On completion of your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details. For new clients, this email includes an Initial Health Survey & Informed Consent form that need to be completed prior to your consultation.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us to confirm your booking.
Arise Osteopathy now offers Biodynamic osteopathic consults with David Bennett. It is a very different style of treatment to what Nicola offers. You can learn more here and please get in touch with any queries if needed.
